• Where is the store based?

  Victoria, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Orders are shipped out of Canada, and go to anywhere around the world that allows you to receive shipments from Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders can take up to 4 months to arrive depending on stock and your destination country (see estimates below); any known delays will be communicated. Please note that preorders can take up to 6 months!

  Rough (VERY PADDED) estimates:

  Within Canada - 1-2 weeks
  USA - 2-3 weeks
  Europe & South America - 2-3 months
  Rest of North America - 2-3 months
  Rest of World - 3-4 months

• Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

  Not officially through the Storenvy storefront, but please email me if an order does not arrive, arrives damaged, etc. & we'll work something out. :)

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
